I AM FINALLY TAKING THE STEP TO DO THIS. I VE BEEN SAYING FOR MONTHS THAT I WAS GOING TO START A DIET . MY BOSS HAD TOLD ME ABOUT THIS SITE. I AM HOPING IT IS GOING TO HELP ME.

    Good Luck. Stick with it too. I started another site for 2 months and saw results and thought hey i can do this without the site. No luck there! Now i am back and it is just what I need to stay motivated. You can do it! :flowerforyou:
