count every bite or drink that goes in your mouth. If you out of calories by noon, starve the rest of the day. Y ou will learn to stretch them out. I have lost 24 pounds in 1 month that way. i also do water aerobics 3 times a week. Nothing tastes as good as being able to get back into clothes you haven;t worn for a long fat time. GOOD LUCK0
