Bingo arms

Options
I have heard that there is nothing a person can do to get rid of bingo arms or bat wings or flying flab. Is there any truth to this. Now i'm 45 so i'm sure age and size makes a difference to the answer. thanks for your input:)

    Surgery.

Yep. At your age the damage has basically been done. I'm guessing you've been over-weight for quite a while so the chances of your skin "bouncing back" are minimal.
