At Home 20 Minute H.I.I.T Routine.


3 Minutes Sprinting in Place.

1 Min Rest.

3 Minutes of Jumping Jacks.

1 Min Rest

3 Minutes of Kettlebell Squat Swings.

1 Min Rest.

3 Minutes Body Blows or Cross Jabbing.

1 Min Rest.

3 Minutes of Plyo Jumps/Stepping Up on a 12 – 18 Inch Step

Go Night, Night, it is Over!

    30 DS is what I do and half hour on my static bike doing intervals of a 'good' pace and as fast as I can for 2 mins.

    I don't have gym membership so that is most days with bellydancing one day a week and C25K will be coming back when it's a bit warmer too.

    How do you sprint in place? High knees? Running in place as fast as you can? I picture sprints as long strides, and obviously you can't do that in place.
