There is no shortcut.
There are no secrets.
I've been doing this for over 3 years now. I've lost a lot of weight, gained a bunch back, and relost some more. You know eating that little isn't healthy. Do what's healthy and your body will eventually become what you want it to be.0 -

And to speak in less vague terms, figure out a rough estimate of your body fat % because according to BMI standards, you're in a healthy weight range. If you want to lose fat, you're going to have to take a slow and steady approach since you don't have a lot of weight to lose.0

I do not agree at all with the being hungry thing. That's not good at all. I'm on a 2lb weight loss a week at 1230 calories. My weight comes off faithfully... except when I fall short on my calories. It can be as little as 125 calories a day and I will gain. I basically have to hit my calories on the nose every day. Try some filling low call foods like raw veggies and one of my favorites is Target Market Pantry microwave popcorn for 30 calories for a full bag. Just hit your calories and that should be a good start. Good luck, stick in there.0

When attempting to loose weight you should never be hungry. As a matter of fact you should be eating approx. 6 small proportional meals a day. This will actually get your metabolisim going. In addition your body needs exercise, simply becuase its good for your heart, brain and other organs. A good book that I recommend you read is called body for life. You can also look this program up on line. I found the cd at my library, which was great! It is a challenge and an online system (if you choose to utilize that) which helps you to loose weight and gain muscle in 12 short weeks. You learn to eat and exercise and change how you think about your body, mind and future. It is an awsome program (book)! and I highly suggest it. Good luck!0
