THANK YOU everyone who has been helping me along the way... WOW! WHAT A DAY!!!
Today is day 50 for me on MFP and I began working toward being healthier on Dec. 2, 2011
I had my 2nd weigh in and have now lost 23.2 pounds!
BUT here's the great part... my BMI has gone from 54, yes, that's 54 to 49.7 !!! Bye bye 'super obese' !!!
So happy, just soo soo happy!

    I'm almost Overweight according to BMI - I've never been so excited to be overweight before! LOL

    congrats!! So happy for you. When I went from Obese to just being overweight, that was such a happy day for me. I will never go back again!! Taking contol of your health and life is so very empowering!!
