You know what I love about before and after pictures ive seen on here... (the loss is awesome dont get me wrong) but the smiles on the faces! its like confidence transformation instead of body

So true. I have also realised that as fat people we dont really care to dress well, make-up etc etc. But the moment all those people are close to goal weight, suddenly crops up a stylish person
