I have the Insanity collection. It is super high intensity plyometrics (jump training ) much more severe than 30 day shred. If you want something lower impact but great results I started with online circuit training (jilliammichaels.com/shred) its a 30 days free trail and it is really awesome. If you like it the cost is only $4 a week billed every 13 weeks. This might be a good place to start.0

Personally - I have insanity & am currently on round 3 (competed 2 times successfully ) and I didn't start with p90x or turbofire, went straight to insanity. It's intense and not recommended it you aren't in decent shape or have spinal or KNEE injuries. You really have to push yourself. I have friends who tried and they say it is a lot harder than p90x. I know the Insanity workouts are shorter too (like 40mins to an hour). Turbofire would be a good starter as well, but if you are up to the challenge I'd highly recommend insanity! Feel free to add me!0

Ok I just sent a request. What has been your results with it? I was thinking insanity because the shorter time. I have a two yr old do that why I did shred before shorter time.0
