So FRUSTRATED!!!!
Almost to the point of desperation!
I still need to loose about 30 lbs.... and its just not going anywhere.
I should not complain, Ive done so well but im just at a complete halt.
Does anyone have any advice on what worked for them? Little Tricks or Tips?

Go on a weekend eating binge. Watch not to gain more than three pounds over the weekend. This should confuse your body and get it out of the plateau.0

It's tough to say without knowing what you're currently doing; calorie level, exercise, etc.
But, when I hit a plateau with about 20 lbs left to go, I set my calorie goal to maintenance for a week, instead of a deficit. After a week, I went back to a deficit and started losing again.
ETA: The first few days on maintenance, I did gain a bit. But not much, and it came off quickly. Don't get freaked out if the scale goes up a bit at first.0 -
Right now, Im working out 5 days a week..... 30 min of cardio and about an hour or so of weights, different muscle group every day. I am set at 1200 base calories, and then I eat back the majority of my exercise calories. I tend to end the day with 5-20 calories left.0

You need more food, spike a day or two and then up your intake to around 1500 instead of 1200, make a big difference !!0

You're going to get a lot of responses like you're eating too much, you're eating too little, increase your workout time, change intensity, change exercises completely, zig-zag your calories, add protein, take a few days off etc...
Unfortunately, plateau's like losing weight itself, doesn't have a standard answer. I just came off a 2.5 month plateau and I had tried all of the above. What I think worked for me was adding protein (Boost with Protein), laying off the treadmill (I went to 30 Day Shred). After a week, I did a workout solely on the treadmill and the next day I lost a whole pound.
There's a book called "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle". It's really quite educational and may help you to understand what's going on but the most important item I found in the book was a basic concept: No matter what result you get it is always a good one. What you've tried may not have worked but at least you know now what didn't so you can mark it off your list.So FRUSTRATED!!!!
