Black Coffee- Good or Bad

Is black coffee, no sugar no cream, good for someone trying to lose a lot of weight? Does if have any affects negative or positive?

Positive: curbs appetite and increases metabolism a bit.
Negatives: can't think of any0 -
I drink it all day, technically speaking black coffee is healthier than with milk or sugar , it has caffiene which many products promote to aid in weight loss but there are many conflicting articles out there. in general its low in calories so only thing to watch out for is your caffiene levels if your sensitive, drink enough water as well0

Thanks guys for your responses. I don't think I will be drinking it anymore though. I started drinking black coffee for the caffine boost, but its been making me feel a little gittery and not quite normal, so I don't think its for me... lol0
