When I started this journey back in October (after my back surgery) I was wearing a 3x or 4x shirt depending on the cut or type, and 44-46 pants depending on the brand. Last night I went out and bought 1xlt shirts and 40 jeans (the jeans are even a little baggy, but the 38's are just a lil too snug). I need to go out and buy new undershirts and underwear because according to the tags they are actually bigger than the stuff they are under. How crazy is that?
