I have twenty pounds to lose, and so far I have lost seven! I have been using MFP for two weeks. I changed my diet from lots of candy and Mexican food to lots of fresh fruits, veggies, and fish like salmon, catfish, and tilapia (which I bake,) and that helped a lot, but tracking my food has been essential! Good luck! We can be buddies if you want!0

I lost 24 and I'm closer to my goal than I thought I was (thought I needed to lose 50 lbs to look like this). I feel like I'm "done" but I want to get super toned for summer so I'm aiming to lose another 7-15 lbs.

I lost 23 lbs. and am in maintenance (which is a whole different animal!).
before at 158 lbs. (I'm the one in yellow!)
after at 137 lbs.
I'm trying to maintain in a 5 lb. range and have started lifting much heavier weights which makes the scale my enemy right now!
Hopefully these pictures post! ARgggh, the before picture got cut off-let me try again. It won't let me crop it! You can see the whole photo on my profile page though!
there, I put another before in!0 -
I can't wait until I have only 20 lbs to lose. But wanted to tell you, you can totally do. You might want to concentrate more on body fat % rather than the number on the scale to get that sexy toned look as you get closer to your weight goal. Good luck!0

i started MFP at 163 pounds 3 months after having my little girl.
i weighed 117 pounds before i got pregnant.
i started my diet and exercise FULL force on january 23rd, 2012
on January 23, 2012 i weighed 155.
I am now 140.4 pounds,
and I CANNOT wait to see the 1-thirties!!
it can be done, just takes motivation.
i use a fitbit, am doing the 30 day shred, walk the treadmill daily, and hit the gym 6 days a week for workouts and zumba/bodyjam
i also eat 1200 calories or less and i do not eat my exercise calories back sometimes.0 -
