Brand new newbie

Hi I joined over a year ago but am only starting now. I really want to lose a lot of weight and am hoping this site will help. I have succesfully quit smoking in past but struggle with weight loss and hope I can really do it this time and then maintain because I see so many who regain.

For the past 2 years I have been making diet and habit and exercise changes....but I know I will learn a lot from all of you. This looks like such a great community. So hello !!... looking forward to hanging out with you all.

    good luck. Its a brilliant tool and you will get loads of support and advice on the website or via adding friends. Be positive and set yourself lots of little short term goals/targets and things to look forward to to keep you on the straight and narrow.
