yea!! Finually the scale going down!!!

I have been working really hard at getting the scale to move. And it hasn't been moving for some time. Well this week I didn't workout at all. I really watched what I was eating and drinking lots of water. The scale finually went down...

I did do some jumping jacks, squats, butt kicks, crunches repeat 3 times. I did that once this week.

I don't have any answers why I lost but Im excited, hope it keeps going.
