Started 30 Day Shred last night

I finally purchased the 30DS and started the first workout last night. I workout fairly regularly at the gym, so I was worried that the DVD wouldn't be challenging enough....IT IS DEFINITELY CHALLENGING!! I'm excited and nervous hoping I will be able to be dedicated to it for the entire month!! I would like to lose about 10-15lbs and tone up all over....WISH ME LUCK (and the willpower to avoid SUGAR!!!) LOL

    Great Job!!!!

    The first week is the hardest....I remember my calves killed me!!!! Just remember that even if you skip a day its okay. I used to beat myself up if I skipped a day my first round but now I that im on my second round I decided to commit every other day so I didnt set myself up for disappointment.

    But you can do it and will be so happy with the results if you stick with it!!!

  • My husband and I have been doing the 30DS for two weeks and we love it. We are going to move to workout 2 tomorrow. I will admit that I have to talk myself into doing it every day, but I always feel so good afterward. My only question is, what do I enter it as on myfitnesspal under exercise? Some say circuit training while it also falls into other subjects. I want to record it correctly so I am giving myself the correct calorie burning credit, but still not sure.

    I completed the 30DS and I really enjoyed it. I didn't lose too many pounds, but definitely lost INCHES. Good luck and enjoy!
