I have been going to the gym for over a year now and I work my *kitten* off working out six days a week; but I've only lost 25 lbs.! Thats not a lot for a years worth of working out.:sad: I eat right all day, I make sure to eat something every 3-4 hours, but when 9:00 roles around I lose all will power! The next morning I regret it terribly and vow not to do it again; but still its a repeat every night. I don't know what I'm going to do! Lock up my refrigerator? Any suggestions?
