Help Me With Protein!!

Hi Guys!!

Ive written this on my profile a few times - so my MFP friends have given me some answers - but I am just looking for a few more bits a pieces!

I need to up my protein, but without adding any more carbs or fat.
I am an extremely fussy eater though :-( I don't like tuna, cottage cheese, boiled eggs

Anyone got any ideas that I could like? I like quorn so I might make a big chilli then split it and freeze, and I can cook up some chicken too :D

    protein powder supplement blended with frozen berries is a great way to add an easy 20-40 grams a shake!
