the equivalent of water (meaning 0 cals/0 fat and good for u) what would it be?
(dont put down a full meal- just one specific food)

have u tried Better N Peanut Butter (sold at Trader Joes)? its not a powder mix, its like 95% as good as real PB, but has 100cals and 2g of fat per 2 tbsp serving somehow. i live by it!0
