Hi guys, since I am steadily increasing my long runs, I have lost a little more weight. I know I should probably be eating more, it's hard to get out of the mode of being really careful. Can you guys give me some tips on proper fueling, etc? Someone saw me today and commented that I looked good but they didn't want me to get any smaller and start losing muscle, etc. I don't want that either!! I'm happy with where I am at so maintenance is good but I know I need to eat a little more to fuel properly.
Thank you!!

I would recommend picking up Nancy Clark's Sports Nutrition Guidebook.

If you are running a lot I would suggest getting a subscription to runners world. It has a lot of great advice and articles for $12 a year.
