I am in Western Pa I went to see my Bariatric Dr on Thursday I had Lapband surgery last Dec have lost a total of 70 lbs...but I have been stuck for about 6 months not losing and most important not gaining. They recommended this site to track and journal . I have been on here since I joined thursDay. I need encouragement and so far I love this site for journaling and such. I sure hope to make some lifelong friends on here.. drop in and say HI anytime. Any advice is welcomed and feel free to make me your fiend.

I haven't had surgery myself, so I don't really know what you are and are not allowed to do/eat. I would suggest doing just a little more exercise for now and to continue to track your calories. Welcome to MFP. I wish you the best of luck.0
