Going way over my carb intake every single day!

I'm going way over my carb intake every day, even when I'm 200 calories short of my caloric goal. It seems every single thing I like to eat is carb-laden, and it's the only thing that keeps me full. I don't even like bread! To be honest, I hate bread. The only time I eat it is when I make a slice of toast in the morning (sometimes). I don't eat bread-like things, either, just occasional pasta. Does anybody else have carb problems? Any suggestions as to how to reduce carb intake without constantly feeling hungry?

What is your carb setting? Maybe it's too low, try setting it to 55%. Add more fiber into your diet as well. It will help satisfy your appetite for a longer period.

Eating more protein and healthy fat will automatically lower your carb intake if the calories are the same. If you open your diary we can see where the carbs are coming from and maybe be of more help.

Carbs are not a problem, just something to be managed like all the other aspects. Fatty protein low carb sources of calories will help satiate without adding too many carbs. I like various nuts, walnuts, almonds, macademia, avocado, flax and so on. Increasing protein will also reduce carb demand and resulting insulin changes after ingesting. In short, we all eat way too many carbs (myself included). It is difficult to avoid carbs even when they are complex, fruits and vegetables are so delicious and good for you. A little more motion can burn off the calories but as you surely know, staying in a lower (not necessarily low) carb place is a good thing for weight loss or maintenance.

High fiber fruits and vegetables are very filling. Always drink water during a meal. When you feel hungry, chug water. Sometimes thirst presents as hunger and drinking some fluids make the craving go away. Water is so good for you and helps with appetite.

I had a quick look at your intake--your carbs are all coming from sugary drinks. Is there any sugar-free versions that you prefer? Even juices can be killer for carbs. Sucks because they are so delicious and are marketed to make up believe they're super healthy.
