    Amazing!!!! Your starting picture is where I am now after losing 30 lbs and your after is where my goal is currently set. It definitely gives me hope!!!!!!!

    I work out 6 days a week...here is my schedule
    Monday: run 30mins and 30 min personal training session
    Tuesday: 20 min core class & 60 min body step class
    Wednesday: run 5 miles
    Thursday: repeat Tuesday
    Friday: off day
    Saturday: body step 60 mins
    Sunday: run 5 miles
