OMG Binge Eating

So, I am going to the movies tonight, and I was looking up calorie counts for snacks cause I have some left for the day

I used to eat a whole tub of the irresistable ju jubes....

people always look at the cal content for a serving size, and it doesnt register at just how big it is

55000 calories...no wonder i gained weight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    i am...but not gonna eat any candy!!well maybe just a chocolate bar...its not as bad as 55000 cals

    WHAT??? How is that possible??? Are you sure you didn't type in an extra zero there? I mean, 5,500 is still a whole, whole lot, but 55,000 is outragous! I like that candy too :( never again, never again, lol! Thanks for sharing!!!

    OOOHHHHH MY!! isn't it amazing once you start tracking everything you eat...you realize how much you did actually eat....I am amazed at the calories i used to eat in a day!

    Go to your local store and buy a couple of boxes of 100 calorie candy. They are pre-packaged so all you have to do, is grab one or two and you'll have something to munch while you eat.

    Um......how many calories do you think is in a tub of popcorn with butter? I'm scared to find out. lol

    55,000 cal ? wow! I also think it's NOT the correct cal otherwise you will gain at least 15 lbs!

    I just looked up a container of ju jubes on here and it said 5,700 something... i don't even think that is possible... if it is then, well... i can cross that off my list

    We usually rent movies but for going to the movies we usually take portions of our favorite snacks at home and split a popcorn and we all take bottles of water.

    It is a bad habit to get kids into to equate eating with movie watching. Buying movie snacks at the movies is not only a rip off but promotes unhealthy and mindless eating. :wink:
