I've been part of MFP for sometime and truely value how it has enhanced my transformation journey ! I'm so blessed to have many friends and a fantastic support network !!! Thanks to all !

I was going thru some photo albums this morning and thought I would share a before and after...just because !

When I see all the amazing before and afters that are posted on MFP, it keeps me highly motivated !!! :happy:

Have a great day and always push forward...it's hard work, but can be fun and very rewarding !

    Holy !!! I love this app too. I find losing weight can be very demotivating at times. I honestly think it's one of the hardest things a person can choose to do. You should be extremely proud of yourself. It's stories like yours that keep the rest of us going:)
