Saturday Min Challenge

Today's challenge is: The 100 workout
• 100 jumping jacks
• 90 crunches
• 80 squats
• 70 leg lifts
• 60 jumping jacks
• 50 crunches
• 40 squats
• 30 leg lifts
• 20 jumping jacks
• 10 minute jog/run
My challenges are open to anyone and you can log them as calisthenics. Also, you can modify them if you need to for medical reasons but the basic form must stay the same. In other words if we are doing a leg challenge you can't do that exercise for some reason try to make sure your alternate exercise works the legs in some way.

Ooh wow- big one today. I'm in- going to have to change the squats for calf raises. At least the 80 squats- might be able to do the second squats if I can get Hubbs to help me from falling over lol
PS- anyone have info on how to do squats with a cane? PM me0 -

done...threw in 2 planks and held a squat at the end of the squats for 45seconds...tough!0
