Well, I started at 249 lbs and I am down to 224! YAAAAAY! I can't wait to be under the 200 mark. When I reach that "mini goal" it will be the first time in 24 years that I have seen a "1" in the first digit!!!!

    Well done you! I am also desperate to say bye to the 200's! I can not remember how long ago It is since I have been that low, more than 20 years anyway!
