Today was day one on my journey of eating 100% clean, i've always heard from clean eaters you just have to shop on the perimeter of the supermarket, so i did. As I was shopping on the perimeter I was lured in by the adorable Pilsbury doughboy, and picked up some Cinnabon cinnamon rolls, since I figured they would be perfect for a post workout meal, since they would spike the insulinz so all my hard work didn't go to waste. And in my keeping things in moderation, i opted for the regular rolls vs the much larger Grands style.

Well i was dismayed to find that after i had turned them into cinnamon roll waffle sandwiches, that they contained 2g of trans fat per roll!!!!! Synthetic trans fats are something i try and avoid like the plague (true story)

So should i sue Pilsbury for using the doughboy to lure me in? It's not unlike Camel Joe forcing kids to start smoking, right? Didn't they know I'd just ignore the nutritional info, with adorable and lovable doughboy on the front of the package?
