I've been walking a mile every other day for about 3 weeks. Usually me and a friend walk at night after work. But today I walked by myself during the day, and when I got home, I noticed that my legs were flushed with red and white patches... Is this normal?
I weigh 305 right now, fyi...

My legs are always red after running. It's because of the increased blood flow. I don't think it's anything to worry about0

eh, normal, the blood flow does weird things to the body, like my hands would swell if i walked up a hill and then go back down0

Yeah, I saw the "itchy" post, but there wasn't one about getting splotchy. This is great news, everybody. Thanks for responding!0
