Today I ran into a girl I use to work with and haven't seen in about 5 months. She started the conversation with "Wow, are you still losing weight? You look amazing" She then followed that up with asking what I've been doing. Not only was it a huge ego boost to hear the compliment, but I was so proud to be able to tell her that it is all a result of my own hard work achieved through just diet and exercise.
