Banana Date & Oat Cookies (about 47 calories per cookie)
What You Need
2 cups dry rolled oats
1/4 cup chopped dates
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tbsp vanilla extract
3 small bananas
Make It
PREHEAT oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
In a large bowl, mash the bananas.
STIR in oats, dates, oil and vanilla. Mix well, and allow to sit for 15 minutes.
DROP by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes in the pre-heated oven, or until lightly brown.
