Your diary isn't public, so it's impossible to say. If you make it public you'll probably be able to get some great input

are you diabetic or pre-diabetic? if not, i wouldn't worry as much about sugar, *if* those sugar sources are coming from fruit/veg instead of refined sugars. i changed the settings on my food diary to track something else, since i don't like throwing the baby out with the bathwater -- i'm eating fruit as a substitute for cake and pie and cookies, so while sugar is sugar, there's plenty of good things in fresh produce that i'm not giving it up. that said, i'd stick to plain fruit since it's more filling - if you really like juice (i'm looking at your breakfast today), try diluting it 25 to 50%, with sparkling water if you want to be fancy.

as far as fats, low-fat salad dressing, ditch those sausage patties and the pillsbury for lower-fat meat and some toast, eat boneless skinless chicken breast, avoid mcdonald's/processed foods? just looking real quick at the last couple of days.

I think if you replaced most of your meats with chicken breast you should be fine.

Chicken breast only has 1 gram of fat per ounce, so if your goal is 48 grams of fat, it would take you 3lb of chicken to get there. Obviously you wouldn't eat that much a day, but a fraction of it will fill you up leaving you with more fat for other foods.

I think you setting for sugar is low. If you are a diabetic maybe that low is ok but one piece of fruit and your done. As long as the sugar is coming from fruits and veggies, you should be fine. I'd cut the carbs down though as they turn into sugar and up the protein.

Much better! First of all, my take on sugar - I ignore it. I've removed most refined sugar from my diet, so most of what I get is from fruits and vegetables. If you are serious about staying under on the sugar, you can remove a few things, like the fruit spread and sugar packets for coffee. You'll most likely have to get rid of all added sugar items to accomplish that.

On fat, cutting out the fast food and pre-packaged foods will go a long way. How are your ratios set up? If you aren't worried about serious muscle building, you can transfer some of the protein percentage to fat while keeping your calories the same.
