Hey everybody. As you all know I weighed 336 pounds at my heaviest and have been working on getting down to my goal weight. Well I have gotten down to 171 pounds and have been in maintenance for 3 weeks now.
I am strength training, building lean muscle and toning up what was left after the weight came off. My body seems to be comfortable at this weight and I am able to say I can eat around 2,000 calories a day with this regimen.
Finally I am NOT dieting and I like everything I eat and I have found something simple enough to keep up with for the rest of my life.
Thanks to everyone here who has been so helpful. I may have only lost the last 86 pounds since I joined this site, but they have been the most meaningful because they were the "last". Thanks to MFP's "helloitsdan" who helped me recently with figuring my macros, BMR TDEE, etc. I am now eating 1,600-2,000 calories a day. Not starving myself anymore. Strength training with the Stronglifts 5 x 5 program. Am seeing a lot of improvement in toning, definition, skin tightening up, etc in just 3 weeks.
Thank you to all of my MFP friends and other's with their encouragement and suggestions along the way.
This site has also helped me find my sweetie, Caroline. Thanks, Sweetheart for all of your love. And on top of it all this site is free. Does it get any better than that? I don't think so.
Best of luck to all of you with your efforts and goals. I am not going anywhere; just wanted to share another MFP success story!!!!! You Rock.

Can we not use photobucket anymore? I lowercased both img's and deleted the %20 like on all previous posts. But it says moved or deleted. Hmmm..any ideas?0
-
when you remove the 20% you have to remember to make sure the "space" is in-between the words where you removed the 20%0
