    Hi Lisa..my name is Patty and I live in Bellingham, Washington. I recently went to a physician directed weight loss clinic to get things started. This is my second day and it's pretty tough. He also gave me an appetite suppressant but we'll see if that works too. I'm on a 950 calorie a day diet with a 90 gram protein limit. Tell me how you seem to be doing things....Patty
