Hello fellow weightlossians!

Hi there,

New to the site and pumped about weight loss! My first goal is 35 pounds, and a size 8. I've started exercising in teh evenings with Tae-bo and/or a brisk walk with the dog. The goal is to excercise at least 20 minutes every evening and go on a walk during my lunch break during the week.

    Which Tae Bo workout are you using (I love Tae-Bo. It makes me feel special)?

    I bought a workout pack a couple years ago. It has 4 DVDs (I'm trying to remember names - Core Express is one of them) and an amped bar which makes your arms feel like they're on fire (I guess this is a good thing).

    They're great, but last a long time (40+ minutes) which is good, but I liked the 20-30 minute workouts of the original videos (I wore my VHS copies out:tongue: ).

    What do you use?

    I love Billy Blanks - his cheesy speeches mid workout actually push me harder.
