NUTRITION PROBLEMS ! HELP

HELLO,im fat,weight 120 kg and im 18 years old,just asking ,is it fattening for me to eat 1 egg without egg yolk every morning with mushroom soup....IN the lunch,i will eat RICE,but not brown rice because its more expensive since i cant afford it,then for dinner ,i will cut down my rice intake but increase my amount of meal intake such as chicken and fish,THE QUESTION IS, is it my nutirion well balanced ? AFTER DINNER,is it ok for me to jogging ??? HELP

    Are you getting many vegetables? They help to fill you up and are good for you but they can be expensive. And I would think jogging after dinner would be fine. I sometimes don't get to work out until after my kids go to bed. So I've already eaten most, if not all, of my food for the day by then. Remember to drink plenty of water when you go for your jog! :)
  • THANKS FOR THE advise,and my friend,i actualy dont eat vegetables at ALL ! I DONT KNOW WHY, eventhought i forced myself to eat vegetables,i will vormit after that, and i do drink plenty of water,COLD WATER especially ;D
