Log a midnight binge on the next day and try and work it off? Sometimes I will eat like 300 calories in the middle of night and log it as the next day. I don't want it to hurt my progress. Will it make it so I loose less fat even though my weekly calories still add up to be the same??

As long as you log whatever you eat somewhere you'll be fine!0

Thank you xoxo
I did it tonight. I ate 300 calories worth of cookies very late and was hoping that since it evened out my calories for yesterday I could just put them down for today so I can burn them off. I sure did learn my lesson not to give in:sad:

I think as long as you are consistent with which day you log your midnight binge it will track properly. Though, to prevent late night snacking, I brush my teeth after dinner and never look back. I just decide I am done for the day. Everyone is different though, so you have to do what is right for you.0

That's funny you mentioned that. I was just sharing a quote from Dr. Oz that people who are sleep deprived tend to consume an extra 300 calories a day. So get your sleep!0

This is what I do! I keep my diary from 12am-12am. So does it make sense that I consume my exact calories on that day, even if some of it is 1-2am then? Not that I do it a lot just wondering0 -
I've done that. I had insomnia untill early in the morning. I was so hungry I had a serving of pb2, and 6 baby carrots and a small handful of baby carrots. I made sure I logged it in MFP for that morning and stayed at my calories for that day. I still lost weight.0
