I agree with this. It's anything that get's your heart pumping and blood flowing. It's the best way to lose weight. Weight lifting will add lean muscle but that also is weight gain. If you're looking to only lose weight right now then you probably want to stick to cardio. Weight training will give your muscles more definition.0 -

Your jogging is going to be your cardio.
Cardio is when your heart pumps!0 -
Everyone else has it right. "Kardio" is a Greek word for heart. Any exercise that raises your heart rate is cardio.0

:noway: Don't listen to this. Start weight training as soon as possible. It will help you lose fat quicker AND you cannot gain muscle whilst on a calorie deficit, most you can do is retain water...0 -

You won't look like a body builder unless you really work to look like a body builder. Weight training and cardio routines will boost your metabolism greatly and allow you to look and feel your best. People who say that they don't want to weight train because they don't want to gain weight confuse me. My goal is to lose fat, not weight. That's the goal here, people. Losing fat! Not weight! Please measure things other than weight such as the size of your chest, waist, biceps, thighs, and neck. These are much more telling than a scale. And if you can, get a professional to do a caliper test for fat percentage. All these measurements will give you a much better picture of your health than weight alone. And for God's sake, please don't invest too much in BMI. BMI tells me I should weigh 145 pounds. In college at 180 pounds I was 8% body fat. Thanks for reading, I hope this helps!0

Dont worry, you will not look like "bodybuilder" it requires 1200ng/dl testosterone level to be one of them. Either roids or maximum 180lbs ripped. and trust me 180lbs ripped guys look aesthetic.0 -
