I'm not sure if I am eating enough, Usually It tells me that I still have some calories remaining after the day is winding down or about to end but I'm just not hungry. I eat when I'm hungry but I don't think I should force myself to eat if I'm just not hungry at all. I have been working out a lot more and I use Protein Shakes, creatine as well. I just hear a lot of people saying that if I do not eat enough my body will think there is not enough food and go to "starvation" mode and I wont loose weight. Any Advice would be highly appreciated thanks.

Definitely don't eat more if you're not hungry. Just don't make up for it the next day by pigging out, though an occasional cheat meal is cool.
  • Yeah I try to stay consistent on what I eat, but thanks for the advice it just weirds me out when it tells me the whole warning when I'm finished logging in my food for the day at the bottom.

My advice is to eat more nutritious calorie dense foods, like oatmeal and whole grains. Supplemented with fresh vegetables and such you should be able to meet your calorie goals.

It is absolutely true that if you don't consume at least 1200 a day (in women, 1800 in men) your body will resort to starvation mode ans your metabolism will slow down and make weight loss extremely difficult, if not impossible.

Try news foods - different foods you haven't yet. Quinoa is a great grain alternative to rice and its a complete protein with adequate calories, Kale seared in olive oil is also a yummy option.

I am not sure if your food diary is public, but if it is, I will take a look a see what might be the problem! :)
  • The Quinoa sounds like a yummy option I will def try that :)
thanks, the only issue is that I am in a bit of a food budget because of recent financial issues but I try to work with what I have.
