Excellent. What is your body fat % now? What was your 1) diet plan and 2) workout plan during cutting?
Thanks0 -
Hi, my body fat is around 5,6 % now (I went to a nutritionist)
1- Diet plan : quite simple - firstly too low (1750 cal/day), and after that 2550 kcal/day
2- workout even more simpler  Cardio (2 or 3x 45 mn), and and 3 x 40 mn of home trainning (pull-ups, push-ups, squats)
My "aim" is to prove that we can build without going to the gym (I never went, and probably never will  )
3- Time and patience :smokin:0 -
You DEF don't need a gym. My husband is a personal trainer and he is all into the old time strongman stuff and bodyweight exercise. He is in amazing shape and has not lifted a weight in years. He is bigger now than he has ever been. Of course he doesn't just do straight push-ups, he does them with his feet up on the back of a couch half the time, and he does a lot of holds like planks and other ones. Of course when it's nice out, he enjoys beating a giant tire with a sledge hammer or tire flipping too since he likes the strongman stuff hehe... totally embarrassing when the neighbors see...0

During cutting, did you just reduce the calories or did you adjust macros as well?
