tips on gaining weight?

So i was told of this site and i can use my iphone with it as well. I find it amusing that there really isn't a viable option for gaining weight (there really isnt any out there?) if someone could point me in the right direction that would be awesome....

    when you set up your account online....i know you can change your goals to gain/maintain/lose.....and the iphone app is awesome, but i don't think you can edit goals on there (if you can, i haven't figured it out)

    Yeah if you go to Settings/Update Diet/Fitness Profile you can set it up to gain either half a pound or a pound a week. I think you still have to focus on your macronutrient ratios though if you want to gain healthily. Not fantastically helpful as we are aiming for opposite outcomes but I have a friend who is going through the same thing so I know it's tough too. Good Luck ;)

  • thanks all. I knew it would be a stretch cause i know alot of people that told me about this are aiming to lose weight, that however, is not my problem being 5'11", 140, and male. High metabolism runs in my family so it's even tougher to put on weight/muscle. thanks for the tips tough :-)
