Just had the best lunch ever! :)..maybe because I was hungry

I aim to get at least 500 cals in my lunches.

11ryjqc.jpg

200g Sweet Potato cut into strips. Par boiled, then sprayed on some frylight and oven roasted them (I would have waited for them to become crispy, but I was too hungry!) ...
1 salmon fillet
Frozen green beans

I swear it's the best salmon I cooked. I did nothing to it. And it was so juicy! Normally when I cook it, it becomes dry :)! Happy :)

This was 437 Calories...

Gonna have a muller light in half an hour to satisfy my sweet tooth :)

Looks better than fish, chips and mushy peas! (my favourite before the calorie counting!)

    Looks good!

This is how I cook my salmon:

    Salmon fillet
    1 tbs balsamic vinegar
    1 tsp light olive oil
    cayenne pepper to taste
    sea coarse sea salt
    dry rosemary

Preheat the oven to 180 C
Take the fish, put oil on it, then the balsamic vinegar, then the rosemary, then the salt and then the pepper. Pop it in the oven and take it out after 15 minutes! (NO MORE, OR ELSE IT WILL BE DRY) This made me love fish! :)
