I saw in infomercial for kettleworx and was very intrigued....Don't really want to spend $90 but was wondering if there were any cheaper kettlebell workouts anyone has done and do these work?

    Cheaper, yes!!!!! I found the Kettleworx system at Target, for $20 cheaper than from their website and Amazon. I LOVE Kettleworx!!!

    I searched some on Amazon yesterday. Lots of options, so I've been reading reviews. Bob and Jillian both have a DVD under $10. Check things out there.
