100 days till i leave with the family for Disney. I haven't been exercising because my mother moved in and took my workout room away. I haven't been eating right, no excuse there. I'm at a loss, i never have known how to motivate myself, and all i have to talk to most days is a 3 year old who wouldn't care! So, how do i get back to getting focused?
Should i start a "scrap" diet (eliminate everything but veggie, fruits, and lean meats) or just dial down to almost one meal a day (most of the time i eat 2 with over 600 cals each plus dessert or a snack)? Or just add some workouts and continue eating? I don't know what would be good right now. I want to lose inches most, weight will come down when i get to the size i want.
HELP!!!!

can you try just logging your food here first before resorting to drastic means? (i went back for a couple of weeks and didn't see much if any logging happening). so many have found success by logging every single day every single thing they put into their mouth and then making changes for healthier alternatives. you do the food shopping and cooking right? the ball is in your court- if you want this you have to put your all into it and work it. start by logging and seeing how much over you are going a day and find ways to change that. k?0

I know how it feels to have no room to work out at home and no adult company during the day.
Log what you eat for a start and try to limit sweet treats as a reward for a loss or a really good day.
Exercise can be made fun, even if it's 20 mins of dancing around the front room/ lounge with your children, or racing them around the garden, try to set yourself targets in the home, i.e i want to clean this room in x amount of minutes.
hope this helps0
