Still so far to go but...my BF%

my BF% is way DOWN! I'm thrilled. I also am seeing the scale move down slowly but surely and the other day a business associate I haven't seen in some time told me I'm looking slimmer--YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh, when I first started my New Life Style and way of thinking, speaking, living and seeing things and eating and sleeping, my Body Fat % was between 46-47%
Today it's..... 32%
I'm totally totally thrilled--I'd like my BF% to eventually be between 19-22% or so.
