Box of Fat Free Sugar Free Pudding (I used Banana Cream Pie flavored)

Make pudding, pour in mini graham cracker crusts and refrigerate.

These are 145 calories a piece becuase not all pudding is used when making them. In the fridge setting right now and can't wait to try. Next time with be cheesecake flavored pudding!!!!

Sounds delish... and I love how you can change up the filling.
I've never seen mini pie crusts, but I can't say I've looked either. Putting them on the grocery list.
    Thanks.

I make somthing similar but I call them mini pudding pies. I use the pillsbury reduced fat crescents. Divide into 12 pieces. Flatten so that each is about 4-5 inch circle. Spay a 12 muffin pan and place each circle into the pan. Bake at 350 for about 10-12 minutes. After the cool pie crusts then I fill with sugar free pudding mix (mixed with fat free milk). One pudding mix for 4 servings fills all 12 cups just perfect - leaving a little room for fresh sliced fruit or a small spray of Reddi Whip fat free. Usually 100-125 calories each mini pie.
