I went on line and looked up a new ab routine. I was bored with crunches and bicycle pushes.

I am pretty good at the plank on a ball, so decided to start a routine based on this move.

I tried the side plank and had a hard time with it. By the end I had pretty good form and 5 seconds up. I added 4 other moves including a stretch at the end.

My abs are KILLING me today and my sides especially.

Mix it up, try something you are not good at. I promise if I can do it, you can too!!
