Going over on carbs HELP

Hi I keep going over on carbs, Can anyone tell me if this is a bad thing. Or give me tips on how to stay under.

I think it must just be a guideline..it doesn't seem to distinguish between good complex carbs in veggies and fruit and simple carbs like sugars. Certainly if its veggies and fruits putting you over that is ok . I don't think you can get fat eating vegetables. Anyone ??:huh:0

If you really want to lower your carbs you need to cut out, or at least really limit breads and pasta and limit fruits and starchy veggies and obviously refined sugars. I don't know what your limits are but I am able to stay way under 100 grams a day using this guideline. I also don't eat any grains so that helps. Eat more leafy/watery vegetables and lean meats. I don't know if you're also trying to raise your protein levels too. I have suggestions for that as well if you need it.0
