I'm playing around with a low calorie, high protein cheesecake recipe and I've made 3 tonight with 3 different bases but they're still 280, 304 and 312 calories each and I want it a little lower than that. I reckon I could use a third less cream cheese, which would save 35ish calories. The 280 and 312 ones had 10g of light flora in, which is 35 cals, to stick the oats/wheat bran together. Does anyone have any other suggestion of what I could use to make it stick together?

If you want a real low calorie cheesecake you can make it crustless and use fat-free cream cheese, egg substitute and sugar substitute (I recommend Stevia); you can top it with no sugar added cherry pie filling. It's delicious.0

As long as you don't have any nut allergies, the hazelnut suggestion is an interesting idea.0
