housework???

Why isn't there any cardio calories added for housework??? When I vacuum I sweat more than when I walk on the treadmill...shouldn't I get some cardio points for that??? Or should I say AT LEAST THAT???

    There is, you can add cleaning light and cleaning heavy and also cooking and food preparation. Since I found that out I have never had such a clean house ;)

    The database has cleaning as an aerobic exercise. That's what I enter. But I have to use a little judgement. Just for me, vaccuuming counts as exercise, washing dishes doesn't. Too bad I don't spend more time doing it. :happy:
