Hi everyone! This is my first time trying MFP and I am trying to lose 45 - 50 lbs. I am a full time student and I gained a lot of weight since graduating high school in 2009. I would love to have support through this journey. I use to try to diet by myself and quit after a week, because I felt that it was too hard. Last time I went shopping a couple months ago I realized I hated it, because I was no longer happy with the size I am currently in. Thanks everyone :happy:

  • Hi, I've also recently started this. I lost a fair bit of weight last year, and have managed to put it all back on in the last few months and then some, and I'm gutted. I really need motivation to keep me going - perhaps we can support each other?
